Legal Focus Group - Mission Statement

the legal focus group will be dedicated to identifying in depth the most common legal difficulties that the American /Kuwaiti businesses are getting through and to find better applications for the Laws which are related to business environment like the Labor law and Commercial law, commercial agency law tax law and many others in Kuwait.

The focus group will recommend improved solutions and better practice gathered from the members of the sub-groups ,who are necessarily corporate members, can share rich experience and engage in finding better paths to organize the relation between the concerned parties, like for example the relation between partners in W.L.L companies, the relation between the principle and the commercial agent, foreign investment law how to own 100 % of the capital, sponsorship difficult the Taxation issues…etc, and to make at the end a good reach out to the right channels in the local authorities through the commercial section.
